Managing multiple procedures simultaneously
Our advanced factory automation software can efficiently manage hundreds of procedures simultaneously without any delays. Each procedure’s log is recorded and updated in real-time while the IPOES solution operates step by step.
In the demonstration video below, we showcase two system structures: serial and parallel.
- Serial Structure
- The serial system consists of an 8-level hierarchical structure, where the lowest level is called the ‘unit layer’ (layer-7th). In this system, a Conductor is composed of 432 unit layers.
- Parallel Structure
- The parallel system, on the other hand, consists of a 3-level hierarchical structure. In this structure, a Conductor is composed of 20 ‘layer-1st’ units, each of which contains 20 ‘layer-2nd’ units. Each ‘layer-2nd’ unit consists of a ‘unit layer’ (parallel unit layer), meaning that in total, the Conductor is composed of 400 unit layers.
By watching the video below, you can see how the IPOES solution effectively manages multiple procedures at the same time.
Additionally, the IPOES solution can be applied to Energy Intensity Systems and Equipment Monitoring Systems. It helps detect the energy consumption of each piece of equipment and ensures that all equipment is operating efficiently without failure.
